水皮材料:
面粉 300g
白油 125g
水 175g
*全搓揉成软团,分成25等份。备用。
油皮材料:
面粉 250g
白油 125g
*全搓揉成均匀即可,分成25等份。备用。
内馅料:
甜梅菜 250g(浸过,切幼,扭干)
吉饼 64g(切幼粒)
冬瓜糖 150g(切幼粒)
芝麻 64g (免油炒香)
无蔗糖纯白莲蓉馅 775g
*甜梅菜免油干炒直干,待冷。把其余的材料混合拌匀,搓
蛋黄 一个(抹面用)
做法:
1)水皮包入油皮,收口。杆成长形后卷起,盖好休面10
2)再将面团杆成长形,再第二次的卷起,盖好休面10m
3)取一份杆成圆薄面皮,包入内馅,收口捏紧,压扁。用
4)预热烤箱,140〜150度,30min直金黄色即
