维尼熊•南瓜咖椰包


维尼熊•南瓜咖椰包
 

材料:
包粉 250g
酵母 3g
褐糖 50g
南瓜泥 100g
清水 适量
白油 20g

竹碳粉 适量
红色素 适量

内馅
自制南瓜咖椰

做法:
1)全部材料(除了白油)混合均匀,搓成软面团。
2)加入白油,搓成光滑面团。取小部分面团加入竹碳粉(眼、鼻头和眉),取小部分面团加入红色素(嘴巴),取小部分南瓜面团(鼻子和耳朵)
3)静止10min。把南瓜面团包入南瓜咖椰馅料,收口。
4)将维尼熊的五官造型捏好后,依序把(耳朵、鼻子、眼睛、眉和鼻头)五官面团粘上,摆在南瓜咖椰面团上,维尼熊的样子就完成了
5)待发直双倍大(15-20min),蒸炉水热后,中小火,蒸15min即可。
