红鞠三色月饼





 
红鞠三色月饼

材料A:
普通面粉 225g(所以面粉我多加11g)
红曲粉 25g(我的红鞠粉只剩下14g)
糖浆 150g
花生油 50g
碱水 1tsp

材料B:
莲蓉,低糖香芋,香兰 各适量

1)月饼皮:将所有材料(A)混合均匀,盖上保鲜纸,休面30分钟,将面团每份分成等份。
2)馅料:把
莲蓉,低糖香芋,香兰叠成,然后分成每份等份。
3)将馅料包入饼皮里,压入月饼模里,扣出排在烤盘上。
4)放入预热烤箱140度C,烤10分钟,取出,放一旁冷却15分钟,然后再放入烤炉,再烤10-15分钟,即可。
