鱼儿。香化饼

材料:
350g 面粉
230g 糖浆

100g 玉米油
5g 碱水
150g 原味莲蓉

涂面:
1个 蛋黄 + 1Tbsp 鲜奶(搅拌均匀过滤)

做法:
1)面粉过筛备用。
2)将糖浆,花生油,碱水和原味莲蓉放入一个搅拌碗里,
搅拌至均匀;然后加入过筛后的面粉,搅拌成团,用保鲜膜盖上,休面2~3小时。
3)把面团分割成35g的小面团,搓圆后放进木模印出形
状。
4)预热烤箱130度C烤约10分钟。
将烤盘取出,待稍冷(约10分钟),把蛋黄液涂抹的饼的
表面。
5)再次送进烤箱,烤约15~20分钟至金黄色或熟即可
。
