Ferrero Rocher Chocolate Cheese Mooncake 金莎芝士巧克力月饼
Recipe from Joyce's Home Bake 

Ingredients A (Mooncake Pastry):
225g Plain Flour
35g Chocolate Powder or Cocoa Powder
170g Golden Syrup
50g Peanut Oil
1tsp Alkaline Water
1/8tsp Baking Soda

Ingredients B (Filling):
513g Coffee / Tirasimu Lotus Seed Paste (i used Red Beans Paste)
216g Cream Cheese
9 Ferrero Rocher Chocolate

1. Mooncake Pastry: Mix ingredients A till well combined. Set aside for 30 minutes. Divide the dough into 50g each.
2. Fillings: Divide red beans paste into 57g each. Divide cream cheese into 24g each. Flatten the red beans paste, and wrap in cream cheese. Set aside.
3. Wrap fillings with mooncake pastry. Roll into ball. Press it into mooncake mould. Tap lightly to de-mould.
4. Bake in a preheated oven at 140°C for 10 minutes. Remove and leave to cool, for about 10 to 15 minutes. Bake again in oven or 10 to 15 minutes until cooked.
