无油气炸~南瓜咖喱面包
材料:
高筋面粉 200g
褐糖 15g
盐 4g
发酵粉 3g
南瓜泥+牛奶 130ml
无盐黄油 15g
咖哩馅 一份
面包糠 适当
鸡蛋液 一个
橄榄油 2tsp
做法:
1)首先准备自己喜欢的咖喱馅,备用。
2)所有材料揉成面团,发酵完毕后分成等份,取一小份
3)包成椭圆形.
4)沾一层蛋液.
5)取两大勺面包糠,加入两小匙橄榄油,搅拌均匀后,裹
6)放置半个小时左右进行第二次发酵.
7)第二次发酵完毕后,预热气炸锅,170度烤15分钟
