墨西哥薄饼+咖哩马铃薯鹰嘴豆


墨西哥薄饼+咖哩马铃薯鹰嘴豆

材料:
墨西哥薄饼

内陷:
咖哩马铃薯鹰嘴豆   
芝士丝 适量

做法:
1)平底锅预热,加适量牛油,把墨西哥薄饼煎一煎
2)把适量内陷放入薄饼中间,两边对折,再将薄饼卷起即可。

*也可将卷好内陷的薄饼放入平底锅煎香。


内馅食谱我又再选用了之前的咖哩马铃薯鹰嘴豆
