金瓜蒸糕
材料:
金瓜 400g(刨丝)
香菇 2朵 (切碎)
素虾米 25g (泡软,搅碎)
素瘦肉 适量(切碎)
素羊肉 适量(切碎)
清水 260g-280g
米浆材料:
粘米粉 175g
薯粉 25g
澄面粉 1/2tbsp
清水 260-280g
调味材料:
有机海盐 11/2tsp
酱油 1tbsp
素蚝油 1/2tbsp
麻油 1/2tsp
胡椒粉 11/2tsp
五香粉 1tsp
素调味精 1/2tsp
糖 1/2tsp(我用P3代糖 1/4tsp)
表面装饰:
芹菜,红辣椒 各适量
金瓜糕做法:
1)米浆混合备用
2)热锅加入少许油,爆香素虾米,素瘦肉碎、素羊肉碎、
3)加入清水炒至金瓜稍微软即可。
4)搅拌米浆,倒入锅里,用小火不停搅煮至浓稠,盛起倒
5)完全冷却后,洒上装饰,切块食用。
*注意水的份量,因为金瓜在刨丝后会有少许的水份。
我把一半的金瓜蒸糕切薄片,粘上少许面粉煎一煎。搭配辣椒酱超美味的~
