金瓜喜板


金瓜喜板

材料:
金瓜泥 100g
面粉 200g
糯米粉 85g
水 135g
幼糖 80g(我用褐糖 70g)
酵母 1tsp
植物油 2tsp

做法:
1)全部材料混合搅拌成黏稠面团,盖上湿布发酵3~4小时。
2)双手抹上适量的油,将面团分成小份放在香蕉叶/油纸上。
3)排入蒸锅内,继续发酵10min。
4)锅内水煮滚后算起蒸15~20min。
