南瓜九层糕
材料:
白色层
地瓜粉 150g
粘米粉 30g
椰漿 200ml(我用100g椰浆,100g清水)
細砂糖 60g(我用P3代糖 14g)
水 100ml
南瓜层
地瓜粉 150g
粘米粉 30g
椰漿 200ml (我用100g椰浆,100g清水)
細砂糖 30g(我用P3代糖 6g)
水 100ml
南瓜泥 120g
做法:
1)南瓜去皮,蒸熟后压成泥,备用。
2)白色层的材料搅拌均勻成白色粉浆,过滤,备用。称出
3)黃色层的材料搅拌均勻成南瓜粉浆,过滤,备用。(也
4)模具抹油,放入蒸鍋以中大火蒸5分鐘後開蓋,倒入一
