香兰煎网糕


香兰煎网糕

材料:
面粉 120g
蛋 2粒
班兰汁 100g
鲜奶/水 150g
盐 1/3tsp
油 1tbsp

做法:
1)依序把材料混合搅拌均匀,过滤备用。
2)小火预热平底锅,把适量班兰面糊倒入洞洞杯,往热锅上来回绕几圈形成网状面皮。(每倒一次面糊之前,必须把面糊搅拌均匀才使用)
3)面皮煎至边缘稍微翘起,不粘锅即可。趁热将面皮卷起放置。

简易素羊肉冷当咖喱

材料:
素羊肉冷当咖喱包 1份
马铃薯 2个(切小块)
番茄 2个(切小块)
清水 200g
盐 少许

做法:
1)马铃薯放入热水锅里煮熟,捞出备用。
2)把素羊肉冷当咖喱包倒入热锅里,加入马铃薯、番茄和清水搅拌炖煮,再加盐,以中小火煮直入味即可。

    This is new to me. I have not tried eating curry with pandan kind of roti jala. This sounds very delicious to me :D
