2014 罂栗籽德式酥饼
罂栗籽德式酥饼
材料:
SCS牛油 250g
糖粉 80g
马铃薯粉 250g
面粉/低粉 100g
poppy seed 适量
做法:
1)将牛油和糖粉搅拌均匀(不须搅拌太久)
2)滤入粉类,用手翻拌均匀,再加入poppy seed稍微搅拌均匀即可
3)用保鲜膜把软面团包好放入冰箱冷藏30min(冷藏
后的面团比较容易操作)
4)以1tsp量匙为准做为一粒的圆球份量。撮圆后,用
叉轻压一下即可
5)预热150度15min。
*可以加奶粉10g
