古早味~香橙鸡蛋糕

材料:
鸡蛋 5粒
糖 300g
面粉 500g
罐装橙汁 半罐多
香精 1/2tsp
做法:
1)鸡蛋和糖用电动打蛋机以4号拌打10min,再以2
号拌打1min,打至乳白色(蛋糊滴落不会散开即可)
2)加入罐装橙汁搅拌均匀,再加入面粉拌匀
3)蛋糕面糊用刀画十,再洒入粗糖就会发了
4)蒸笼铺上纸,大火蒸30分钟至熟
