花边香肠乌达披萨
11寸比萨一个
饼底材料:
面包粉 120克
低筋面粉 30克
水 90克
干酵母 1/2小勺(2.5ml)
盐 1/2小勺(2.5ml)
砂糖 1小勺(5ml)*我用P3糖1.25ml
橄榄油 10克。
配料:
马苏里拉奶酪Mozzarella Grated Cheese
番茄辣椒酱
青椒(切片)
黄椒(切片)
素鸡丁 适量
香肠 适量
otak(切碎)
鲜香菇(切片)
杂豆 适量
番茄片 适量 (芯去掉)
做法:
1)将所以饼底材料揉成光滑面团,盖上保鲜膜放置温暖处
2)面团发酵的时候,准备其他配料。平底锅小火加热,锅
3)依序将青椒、黄椒均切片、素鸡丁、杂豆,转小火慢慢
4)菇类及大部分蔬菜如果直接放在比萨面饼上烤,会出水
5)面团发酵结束后,取出面团滚圆静置松驰15分钟。
6)松驰结束后,将面团擀成中间厚,边缘薄的饼皮。
7)将香肠沿着比萨盘的边缘放在面团上。
8)将香肠后边的面团往前按,用面团将香肠包起来。
9)用剪刀把包好的香肠面团剪成小节。
10)将每个小节扭转90°,使香肠的截面朝上,花边就
11)用叉子在面饼上扎满小孔,防止烤制时面团膨胀。
12)在面饼上均匀涂抹一层番茄辣椒酱,然后撒上1/
13)饼皮上继续铺馅料,依次是:素鸡丁——otak碎
14)花边上均匀涂刷上一层鸡蛋液。入预热好的180度
