2013年饼~青蛇饼
青蛇饼

2小罐
材料:
a)牛油 80g
白油/牛油 70g
糖粉 130g
b)蛋黄 2粒
蛋白 1粒
1/2tsp pandan paste
C)玉米粉 350g
面粉/低粉 50g
椰子粉 50g (1包)
做法:
1)把a和b一起拌打直滑,加入c拌均匀。把少许软面团
放入挤花嘴,再用手指推挤出s形面团到烤盘上。
2)预热烤箱150度,中下层~25~30min
