豹纹南瓜戚风蛋糕
食谱取自:Eileen
材料:
栗米油 50g
牛奶 /水 65g
细糖 10g
海盐 少许
南瓜泥 80g
低粉 80g
玉米粉 15g
蛋黄 4个
蛋白 4个
柠檬汁 1tsp(我省略)
细糖 40g
无糖可可粉 适量
竹碳粉 适量
做法:
1)将牛奶,粟油,细砂糖,盐及南瓜泥依序倒入并混拌均
2)把低粉及粟粉过筛倒入,拌匀后再加入蛋黄搅匀。
3)蛋白加入柠檬汁打发,再分次加入细砂糖拌打至全发。
4)取1/
5)各取适量面糊加入可可粉和竹碳粉轻轻拌匀,装入挤花
6)模底挤入可可面糊和竹碳面糊,倒入适
7)震出气泡。 放入预热烤箱,以140-150度烤约35分钟。
8)蛋糕出炉后,倒扣待凉才切片
